We will be delighted to welcome you to the first-floor apartment of the Villa des Souvenirs.

By booking this apartment, you will be staying on the first floor of the Villa.

The villa has been fully renovated and is located on a quiet side street where calm prevails.

It is divided into three fully independent apartments.

One is occupied by the owner, and the other two are available for seasonal rental.

Each apartment has its own private entrance.

You also have the option to reserve both rental apartments from our listing to fully enjoy your stay with family or friends.

The pool is heated (when nighttime outdoor temperatures are above 20°C) and is shared with the other residents of the Villa.

The first-floor apartment features three bedrooms with double beds, each with its own private bathroom.

The private terrace is equipped with outdoor lounge furniture, a barbecue, and an outdoor dining table for up to eight guests.

The apartment includes household products, bath and pool towels, a washing machine, dryer, vacuum cleaner, ironing equipment, and all essential appliances (blender, kettle, toaster, Nespresso coffee machine, refrigerator, oven, microwave, etc.).

Every corner of the Villa des Souvenirs exudes tranquility, offering guests an exclusive retreat in an idyllic setting, perfect for creating unforgettable moments with family or friends.

Access to the property is via a narrow lane measuring approximately two meters wide in some sections. Maneuvering can be difficult.

We recommend arriving with a small or medium-sized vehicle.

One on-site parking space within the Villa is included with your reservation.

If you prefer to park outside, the Villa can be reached in under five minutes on foot.

Bus stop: five minutes’ walk.

City center: twenty minutes by car or public transport.

Marseille Saint-Charles train station: twenty minutes by car.

Marseille Provence Airport: forty minutes by car.

Corniche Kennedy nearby.

Free on-site parking for one vehicle.

Please note again that access to the lane is narrow (2 meters wide) and maneuvering may be difficult. We recommend a small or medium-sized vehicle.

The number of guests declared at the time of booking must correspond to the number of people staying in the apartment during the stay.

Any external visitors must be approved at the time of booking, for insurance reasons and to comply with house rules.

Guests are asked to respect both the indoor and outdoor areas of the property throughout their stay.

Events involving noise disturbance and group parties are strictly prohibited.

Smoking inside the apartment is not permitted, and pets are not allowed.
